As for every selection town of the contest, the London jury will be composed of 4 people:

• 1 culinary blogger
• 1 gastronomic journalist
• 2 London chefs

This jury will meet on November 23rd 2008 at L'atelier des Chefs in London to select among the 12 selected cooks THE CANDIDATE that will take part in the great final in Paris on Februar 8th 2009.
