After graduating from my CAP-BEP (French degree) in « classic cooking” in 1984, I used to work in several Parisian restaurants and then I moved to London 10 years ago (because I love this town!).
I stopped working 3 years ago to dedicate myself to my family. I will probably work again in one year.
I started my blog 18 months ago. At the beginning, the purpose was to share my recipes with my friends, but also to tell the world it is not true that "we do not eat" well in England!
