BIOGRAPHY

After graduating from my CAP-BEP (French degree) in « classic cooking” in 1984, I used to work in several Parisian restaurants and then I moved to London 10 years ago (because I love this town!).
I stopped working 3 years ago to dedicate myself to my family. I will probably work again in one year.
I started my blog 18 months ago. At the beginning, the purpose was to share my recipes with my friends, but also to tell the world it is not true that "we do not eat" well in England!

What do you prefer by cooking ?

Simplicity and the fact that flavours match together.

What you do not like when you cook?

Useful fuss.

You are going to judge others' meals, sometimes with harshness. What about you? Do you tolerate criticisms ?

Yes, of course, even if it is not always really pleasant.

Have you ever taken part in a cooking contest as a competitor?

No, never.

Stay who you are and just enjoy !
